Wetpixel Photo Contests

August and September 2012 are in there twice . . . !

No grand prize for the year's best shots?

Hmm-funny you should mention that, we are just planning the POTY 2011 competition as we speak! I'll keep you posted.

Many thanks for pointing out my repetition of August and September-I will correct it forthwith!

Adam

thanks for the update Adam, I appreciate the time and effort involved. Love the contest

only found this new list by chance reading through the whole thread - is it possible to move the list to the top again?

is it worth listing the next 2 contests on the PoW page for ease of planning?

d

There are no plans to change the contest's format at present, but if anyone has any ideas, now might be a good time to air them. In the meantime, I look forward to another fantastic array of images over the next two years!

Adam

Good points- I will add the list to the top of the page!

As regards why it isn't showing both contests, it should be. I will investigate!

Adam

What happened to the POTW contest? The most recent one for voting is up, but this week's contest - Resting- is not available.

Thanks - Diverpam

Hi Pam,

It is fixed now-thank you!

Adam

Bad viz?

So, will POW ever come BACK?

Yes!

Any idea......when?

We are rewriting the competition page from the ground up, to make it better and to ensure that the new code is compatible with the new site.

I don't have any idea of when it will be completed, but we are working on it.

Sorry to be vague.

What I can guarantee is that when it is back, I will be telling everyone about it!

Adam

Hello again everyone. Glad to see the revised site. It looks very good.
