Trip to Canaries Jan 06

Nice photos Andy! I like the fish faces. There is some backscatter visible, how is the visibility there?
-
Nice pics but vacation from Dec 5-Jan 6th, that is great!

Hey Andy - I would like to know what your camera system is. I would guess an on camera flash system not a digital slr system? If that is the case these are great snapshots to remember the trip. If this is an expensive SLR rig I will re-critique for you if interested.

HI All,
thankyou for your'e responses the rig I am using is a D70 in a Seacam
housing with either a 60mm micro or 12x24 wide angle nikon & an inon
z200's. this is the third time I have used this rig & I am lucky enough
to be on Alex's Red Sea workshop at the end of June.So with some
expert tips I will get better. The viz in the Canaries is variable as the
Atlantic has got some strong currents & its between about 8 & 12ms.
All of the pics are as shot, I shoot in raw as I have got adobe photoshop
& I have just converted to jpeg medium to put on the web.
Any comments on how to improve my shots would be most welcome.
Thanks,
Andy

Well go look at Alex's S3 or S2 (whatever it is ) point and shoot camera gallery and see what he has done with that thing and bring something to dry your tears with.
Rather than give you photographic advice I will say take a video camera or recorder of somekind and do exactly what Alex tells you do.
Wish I could go.
