Here you have two baby swim pictures taken in indoor pools here in Sweden. Only one flash is used.

As I see the one flash solution is working great creating intresting shadows and contrast.

As I see , you put the flash on the left and under the subject?

Well... Ohhh Yea!!! I make a nice extra buck on these photos... At least in the Gothenburg area they have a big problem to find photographers that can take good uw-pictures. It's not enough work/money to live out of it but as I said you could make some nice extra cash from it.

Malmö is a big city so it shouldn’t be any problem to fins clients.
