Yup.

Oh, you wanted an id? ( sorry, couldn't resist....) It's the tube of a polychaete in the genus Lanice. The sand grain tube with the lobed opening and the rays coming off the lobes are characteristics for all members of the genus. Where did you take the picture?

Hi Leslie thanks for the ID, I had no idea what it was. The picture was taken in about fifteen meters off the Island Panglao, Philippines.
