Model Lite for Housing w/o mount???

6 posts
  1. Does any one have a suggestion on how to mount a model light to a IkeLite Housing??? There is not any shoe mounts... I have 2 SB105's on TLC arms now... I havent seen a way to get a second light on 1 arm....

Kinda tired of using my head-light as a model light :P))

    Thx in advance!!!

  2. My Ikelite housing for the S2pro had a shoe molded into the plastic for a modeling light mount. Are you sure yours doesn't have one?

Does your housing have the aluminum back perhaps?

Can you attach a photo of the top of the housing please?

    Cheers

  3. James,

I have the latest rendition of the housing... It has a metal back w/ clear part with all the buttons, and only the strobe connection on the top.. Trust me, I wish it was there.. I cant take a shot now, as I am in belize.. I will when i get back...

I dont even show Ikelite makes the housing any more??

  5. ULCS has a mount that fits on your strobe arm, allowing you to separately move your modeling light.
