I have the Canon 20D with an Aquatica housing, along with a Canon 10-22 and 60 Macro. I am thinking about purchasing a fisheye. Will the Canon make a significant difference in my wide angel shots?

I think the canon 10-22 is wider than the fisheye on a cropped sensor camera.
With the fisheye you are able to move closer (ie very close) to big subjects and capture the enture subject without any part of it being cropped out of frame.
10-20 has a 107 degree diagonal angle of view, 15mm FE has a 112.5 angle on a cropped camera.
Depends if the 5mm is important to you or not.

The corners on the 15mm on a cropped camera are better than the 10-22. You also get a slightly faster lens (f2.8 vs 3.5 i think).
I trhink the canon 10-22 is wider than the fisheye on a cropped sensor camera.

I always refer back to this picture to get an idea of relative field of view:

According to the graphic, the 10mm is slightly wider on a crop sensor camera but not by much. The real difference is that due to the projection of the fisheye, you lose coverage at the horizontal and vertical axes.
