While we are still on the macro subject, here is another grab of a Hoya +4 on the flip arm with the 94 degree port on 
.
It's about 1 inch form the port and that coin is a 5 cent AUS one again that's 20 mm wide.
Mark no idea about the Gates but I would like to get my hands on some aftermaket macro and wide lenes to try with the macro dome port on.
Also one could put a Hoya +2 on the end of the camera which would still allow you full zoom through with the 94 degree port and macro dome port on then put the second Hoya +4 on the flip arm for +6. So you can still shoot wide/macro with the +2 on and super +6 macro with the flip arm up.
Will give it a go in the next few days.
