I've just come back from working on a grubby building site to be greeted with more fantastic destination photos in far flung places.

Don't you buggers do real jobs...

Have you no feelings for us mortals of the real world who slog our guts out day after day to earn a shilling only getting wet when god spits on our down trodden butts...

    Oh well..

    The world turns

Yea, I've had mine packed since I worked at DEMA '04 and promoted Anna DeLoach's 'Sensational Seas', DVD, that also has absolutely magical Tonga humpback footage by Rob Barrel of the Nai'a!!! Plus Rob just "had" to describe the encounters to me..... :D

I just decided not to go this year cause I wanted to get a camera worthy of the experience first, and I'm on track for that end of this year still. :)

If anyone is planning for the future count me in!! I understand airfare bought far enough in advance is only around $1,100.00 or so RT to Tonga, from LAX, you can't beat that!! Actually my quote for air may have even been from Tampa, I'll have to look at it again.

    GREAT whale shots Eric!!!

    Best, Carol

  7. Any word on the trip Mike?

  8. OK,

So the first set of shots were really nice, but the second set was WOW! I gotta get some of that action.

Well done, and I am officially jealous.

  9. those shots are great. my wife and i went to tonga last year. In all our years of travel, and diving, we've seen alot from worms to whalesharks. Tongas whales were our favorite trip. I did some diving there, and we could hear singing whales the whole time. incredible. If you plan a trip sign us up for 2 spots ;)

  10. Hey, guys. Stay tuned for a potential Wetpixel trip next year, which would be in August.

  11. Whales = WOW!

Definately keep me informed about a trip! August should work nicely.
