Oahu dive recommendations

I'm going to be in Oahu in a couple of weeks and am looking for a dive operation that will allow photography without the cattle boat experience, overzealous divemasters, or beginner sites.

Here's aprevious thread on the same topic. Just heard from some friends that are on the boat with Alex, said he's funnier than ever and they had a superb time.
