Great shot: nice texture, and sharp. The skin looks a bit too bright on my monitor, and distracts a bit from the eye itself....

I think the colours are not so bright and a bit warmer like this... that's just picky me, though

I like it; only comment is that a bit more lighter negative (spotted) space above and to the right of the eye would help draw one to the eye. Right now I seem to be drawn to the central lighter area first.

Yes I think Mathieu's burning of the very light central area helps.

Great shot Arnon - excellent sharpness and good competition. Exposure seems ok to me.

I love it. I also agree that the white space near the center left draws the eye. I would recrop to bring the eye slightly closer to center and then apply a light vinette to the corners to draw the gaze to the eye. On a related note, check out the thread The (fish) eyes have it...
