....at least some of the reviews I have read, really good blues. As UW photographers, I think we can all agree on the importance of a kick-ass blue....
Ahhhh the blues....I'm not certain the "great" blues from the HP or the Canon for that matter actually relate to the "natural" blue of sky or water. Sure they are very bright and very saturated, and I have only seen samples, not tested them myself, but what I've seen has been a bit plastic-looking.
Im dropping the Epson 2400 due to the fact that it has different black inks for matte and glossy, which takes about 15 minutes and $$ to change.
But the HP is now in the running, i guess it depends on the availability of the Canon, as i think that may be a better option if it is ever released. Although, if they somehow convince me in the shop to get the Epson 3800 i will not be surprised. I'm going to wait a bit to see what other info i can get....
Hello
Happy Easter firstly! I am looking to replace my Epson R1800 and have been searching through the topics here but they are all quite aged. I wont be printing larger than the 13 x 19 format so have been looking at just getting the Epson R2000 or the HP Photosmart B9180.
Would be grateful for any advice or comments regarding the above or other printers within that price range?
Many thanks
Karen
