Looks like the D200 & D70 have all the same dimensions. I wasn't sure about that. I do not have exact distances that the 17-55 will focus at different zoom settings. My testing with this setup was only in a small tub & not in a swimming pool (which is required to accurately determine these distances). Sorry I can't provide this - I'm also interested in these numbers. I only have actual diving experience, & just notice that further distances mean I can only shoot WA.
No info on Athena dome, but for reference I measured Nexus domes as follows
FP170 dome - 170mm diameter (not full hemisphere)
FP160 dome - 175mm dia (not full hemisphere)
12-24 dome - 190mm dia
