Sea&Sea 45 degree viewfinder was not available at their booth. Sea&Sea officials said There is little hope that release of Sea&Sea 45 degree viewfinder because they have no competitiveness in costs against INON's viewfinder at present.

Nakamura Ikuo, famous underwater photographer in Japan, talked about his underwater photos with slides at Sea & Sea stage.

  4. Hi Yoko,

It's a pity that S&S wont be releasing their 45' viewfinder. I like the smoother/rounded lines

better than the square/blocky shape of the Inon. Shows more care to detail and asthetics...IMHO

It will be interesting to see how the YS17 is received and how it performs...???

The Asian market seems to be flooded with dive shows. There appears to be one every weekend.

  5. Hi Bruce,

In the Inon pics, is that their new float arms in the background?

They certainly appear to be a decent diameter...I wonder how much lift, and how much?

I noticed that you snuck a pic of the new converters in there for me...thanks mate.

BTW, INON officials said they won't produce housings for some time because they have problems on their manufacturing line of housing. Therefore they don't produce housing for Canon 40D.

  12. According to a information of Fisheye, With optional "M67 Crescent diffuser adapter" attached to port front, use as a simple, compact and highly maneuverable macro imaging system, without external strobes.

    0093694291.jpg

The major differences between ND300 and the D200 housing are as follows.

・Flash pop-up area is widened because D300 needs its flash fully popped in order to fire.

・Location of Sub Command Dial is moved because it is not smoothly to hundle a Sub Command Dial(red one) of the D200 housing.

・Multi selector button is changed because it occurs malfunction occasionally at multi selector button on the D200 housing.
