i was only there 3 weeks ago and there was only one hairy, a black one. i think the last time we visited lembeh we went in september and there were hairys on most dives. your explanation is obviously right, cheers alison, i will remember this for my next visit to lembeh.
alex, when you dive nudi falls have a look at the end of the dive around the 3.5 metre depth to see if you can find the orange spearer. i had never seen one of these before ( possibly you have ) i thought it was a plastic one that someone had put in a hole at first as it didnt seem to be moving.
