  1. I agree with Drfiscus's review. I had some issues with my room at KBR, AC worked poorly, no T you wanted.V, internet was the slowest I ever experienced when it worked, frequent power outages (but they have a back-up generator), lots of critters. at both places, the KBR guides really helped you get the shot.

Singapore air was great, no hassels at all about the two carryons we all had that weighed a bit more than the 15 pounds they allow.

I would recommend spending a couple of days in Singapore, a great city to visit.

  2. I also agree with Dr Fiscus, we all had great dives at Bunaken and Lembeh Straits. Kimo Bajo's accommodations were excellent and KBR's were also great considering they are located in the Indonesian jungle were the locals live in huts with thatched roofs and dirt floors. Our dive guides were great, but we hired an extra guide so we had one guide per two divers (the usual ratio is one guide per four divers). This ratio helped us find more critters to take pictures of and allowed us to specify what animals we were seeking. Regarding the critter count, from my experiences two years ago it is significantly down in Lembeh Straits. Maybe it is just a thing this year or maybe there are to many dives in the straits. Never the less, both Bunaken and Lembeh are great dive locations. If you are flying economy on Singapore Air, check in at San Francisco they weighed each carryon.
