Hey Cal, do you have plans on making it to NYC? If so I may (still have to check with the misses) have a place to stay for you. I don't know what kind of diving you want to do in the Northeast but it is there if you want to dive with a drysuit (and maybe rebreather!).
Other than that there is a really great old pool in Brooklyn you could try and book (my friend did for free) and maybe have a model shoot there (getting the models could be a task... or you might know something I don't).
Let me know what you want to do and the possible dates and \maybe we could plan some stuff
