Which wide-angle lenses are popular amongst Sony SLT users?
Personally I went with the Sigma 8-16mm, in a small (5 inch) dome by UnderwaterCameraStuff.
The lens is fat, but if you take the zoom sleeve with the 'long' engagement teeth that comes with any Ike housing, and 'trim' the teeth at the back end, where they would interfere with the rubber ribbing on the lens near the mounting ring (non-rotating), the remainder of the teeth grab the ribbing on the actual zoom ring with no clamp. It doesn't feel that sturdy and I wouldn't mind coming up with a neater method, but it did seem to work.
