Thanks leo999 and welcome to the forum.
After a brief look at the amazing flame scallop (or "electric clam"), part 17 features some of the sea snails (gastropods) found in the Lembeh Strait.

It is a delight every time I wake up to a new one of these episodes. Loving the molluscs!
-
More great stuff - thanks once again for sharing these episodes!
Did you also get some close up footage of what looks like a skeleton shrimp that appears in the background at about 2:40?

Thanks!

I'm afraid not. I don't think that's a skeleton shrimp. I think it's possibly a squat lobster.

Superb work! I'm totally enchanted with Lembeh now and I haven't even been there. Yet.

After a second look in full screen mode I think you're right about that being a squat lobster. I confused a bit of debris for an appendage!

Nick,
Seeing your footage it seems you were there nine months not nine days

As I told you my two year's son cannot sleep without seing one episode.
When do you come back there?

Davide, I was also shocked with the amount of stuff I managed to shoot in 9 days, but such is the density and variety of life there. 3 or 4 x 90 minute dives per day and excellent guiding helped. No idea when I'll get back. Just getting wet again anywere will be a start. It's been a long time.
Here's part 18 which features nudibranchs, sea slugs that have lost their protective shell, but compensate with more advanced weapons of defence.
