Good news -- Ikelite made a liar out of me (I had emailed them directly several months ago). They decided to release a housing for the Samsung NX1. So there is another 4K option for you!

There is no ikelite housing for the Sony A7/A7II, just planned.

There are some housings missing in your list:

Seacam is doing Canon 1DC housing and Canon C300 and C500 housing (they can also do 3D housing to accommodate 2x C300 cameras inside, already discussed here on Wetpixel). Isotta (Italian manufacturer) is producing a very nice housing for Lumix Gh4 (http://www.isotecnic.it/prodotti/custodie-mirrorless/custodia-per-panasonic-gh4.html) they are just announced a super RX100iv, and Subal has a Sony A7R/S II housing available.

Sorry, I've just realized that Seacam is announcing a Sony A7RII/SII during Dema show. BS Kinetics too!!

Recsea is also offering 2 housings (1 plastic + 1 aluminium) for the Rx100IV

You could add Hugyfot to the GoPro housing options. I think there is a couple more. Mangrove housing for the AX-100.

what else would be great is to add retail prices to the cameras and housing. Of course there would be all kinds of extras including ports and such but would give readers a good Idea of the base cost of Camera housing package. Great idea I downloaded to my dropbox as I am in the middle of trying to make a decision.

It is really hard for me to decide. I am all over the map from thinking about something as small as a RX100 IV to a A7S II to a PXW-Z100 to a older FS100 with Odyssey7Q+. I think I will start a separate thread asking advice in this regard.
