You have also to account for the fact that the shutter speed are set according to the frequency of artificial lighting. In Europe 50 Hz in US 60 Hz so if you are in Europe and you are shooting ntsc with 1/60 or 1/125 you may have flickering light. With underwater led this is not an issue at all and unless the shutter speed is too low there is actually not much of an issue unless the shutter speed is really high and you get a stroboscopic effect. When you play clips on s computer it makes no difference at all. Only when you view them on a TV you can see differences. My preference for smooth footage is pal 25p with 1/50 shutter speed. I have tried 50p but my eyes can't see anything smoother at all so have abandoned double frame rate 3 years ago.

The FIX NEO 1000 is cheaper and have more light in the spot mode 600 vs 500 lumens... Color temp is rated the same. Could be better. They are only listed for 369 euro a piece.
Undecided between the FIX NEO 1500 vs 1000... The higher flood lumen is tempting for wide angle work, but will there be a signifigant difference in the spot mode for 500 vs 600 lumens... They also seems to have totally different led emitters in spot mode...
