Sigma 10-20mm in the shops NOW !!

Hi Everyone

just thought i'd let you all know that the sigma 10-20mm is now available through ebay (hong Kong)

I buy most of my photographic equipment from the below seller and they are most trust worthy.

and a bargain price.

the lens has been delivered to many stores on friday already. Someone has already posted samples last weekend:

your ebay link:

shipping from Hong Kong, means 500$ (~ 420€) +tax +customs (makes 570€ for germany) +shipping +waiting.

I've ordered mine from my usual local dealer with the opportunity to give it back if something is wrong (bad copy for example). Costs less (under 470€) including 2 years local warranty and ships within one day. Could be better for UK as well? (no customs, etc.). Mine should be here any hour Waiting for the post truck ....

i have bought all my lenses from this seller also. very quick and reliable delivery, 3 days fed-ex and the goods are the real deal.

Alas, it would appear that the person who posted the pictures has exceeded his allowed monthly traffic volume so the samples are not currently available . . .

PS Quite happy with my Tokina 12-24 as the Sigma kept getting delayed and delayed . .

Hi All again

just ref my posting,

i have just looked at getting this lens in the UK and its £349.00 plus £8 shipping from www.warehouseexpress.com

the deal from ebay isn't that good really i think i'd rather pay a little more and have the item locally (as Such)

Mike,

yes, seems to be risky to post full size samples on dpreview if someone has limited bandwidth. I have posted (only two) brickwall shots here:
