Gods Pocket Sept 2026 September 08, 2026 371-Edit

A Lion's Mane Jellyfish drifting by as we both got caught in a strong down current. The tentacle, which are really only visible in strobe light, were at least 3-4 meters long.

I swam off the wall to intercept the jelly at about 45 feet. I started shooting and felt pressure on my ears as we dropped to 60, 75, 90, 105. At this point I decided that was enough and headed back to the wall with a lot of lift in my wing.
