Nauticam 37202 Nikonos adaptor for Sony NA-A7II

This is the mechanical adaptor that will allow Nikonos lenses to be attached to a Nauticam Sony housing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: this adaptor correctly fits both the lens and housing, but MUST be used with the Sony A7II for "out of the box" correct operation. For later A7 housings Nauticam moved the camera position slightly forward, and the distance from sensor plane to rear optic became less. This causes the system to be slightly out of focus. There are discussions on this forum on how to correct this if you want to restore focus with later A7 models. I am also selling an unmodified camera mounting sled with this adaptor. According to the forum discussions, the front edge of the sled must be sanded a bit. This moves the sled forward and corrects the mechanical error without compromising the mechanical push-buttons on the rear of the housing. I have not tried this, so your mileage may vary.
