  1. A1 body. I talked to Backscatter, and they also mentioned the MFO-1, but I’ve read some mixed feedback about how much it actually helps with focusing.
  2. I recently got the Sony 90mm and took it underwater last weekend. The focus hunting was pretty frustrating. How do people deal with that?
  3. I was told the glass has a coating, so any polishing compound might damage or remove it.
  4. I noticed some spots on the glass of my Nauticam flat port. They look like thin mineral deposits and I can’t get them off. I always rinse the port with fresh water after dives, but usually don’t dry or wipe it afterward. Any suggestions on how to clean them, or are they permanent? Thank you, Vitaly
  5. Hi Davide, I saw the list, but there are just too many options to figure out what’s best. I’ll check out Weefine, thanks! Regards, Vitaly
  6. Shopping for an external monitor for my Sony A1. Nauticam housing with an open M24, what would you suggest?
  7. Thank you all so much for the replies! I was in a bit of a rush and went ahead with my own design after @Isaac Szabo shared the tooth count. It's a single-piece gear and seems to be working well so far. I haven’t tested it underwater yet, but I’ve made similar designs before for my m4/3 lenses, and those worked great.Zoom2860.stl
  8. I'm planning to 3D print a zoom gear for the Sony 28-60mm lens. Does anyone know how many teeth the Nauticam N100 port system uses for zoom gear?
  9. Hello, I currently own an Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II in a Nauticam housing. While I’m happy with the stills, the video performance has been disappointing, so I’m looking to upgrade. Ideally, I’d like to stay within the M4/3 format to reuse my existing ports and lenses. In that case, I’m considering the Panasonic GH5, or possibly a more video-focused option like the GH5s or Blackmagic 4K. In theory, I could stretch my budget to go full-frame with something from Canon or Sony, but the bulk and complexity of a full-frame rig underwater is a bit intimidating. I plan to use the new setup primarily for video on warm-water cave dives and cold-water deep dives, often with CCR and DPV. What would you recommend? Thank you, Vitaly
