Industry standard for camera monitors is SmallHD. Nothing comes close to the usability of their Page-OS platform, and I'm guessing this Nauticam housing is using a Feelworld monitor, or something equivalent. Those monitors are fine for the price point, but the UI is clunky and lacks certain pro features. I'd rather pay a little bit more to house a 503 Ultrabright, which I could easily remove and use as a regular monitor.

Does anyone know why Nauticam discontinued the A7SIII housing? I know the A7SIII will fit in the A1 housing with an adapter, so perhaps it was a decision made to cut down the number of product skus? I'm currently looking at getting housing for my A7SIII and am wondering if there is any real difference between the two housing systems. Thanks!
