I have bought and sold many underwater photography items over the years and have always had good feedback. A note about this DSLR system compared to mirrorless: I “upgraded” to mirrorless a few years ago, I got a Canon R5 and a Aquatica AR5 housing for it. Had to be better right? My experience however hasn’t been that. If there is a benefit at the end of the day, it is almost imperceptible and comes at a huge price and with a very significant learning curve. I missed TTL, the simple quick macro autofocus, had overheating issues in the housing to mention just a few. I have since ironed out some of the problems, but considering the cost of the upgrade, new lenses, mount adaptors, rings and ports, I would have to say the upgrade is not worth it for underwater photography. There have been many threads about this topic and many pros and experienced uw photogs share my views. So I part sadly with this system but I can only manage to travel with one system nowadays. Hopefully it finds a good home and saves the buyer a few thousand bucks 😊
  5. I have owned this lens for quite a while and have used it with both 8 inch and 6 inch domes. I posted about this in Wetpixel with some images a while back if you can get it. For its price It really is remarkably good. No extensions or diopters required. Being so cheap, small and light you cant go wrong. Corner sharpness with a 8 inch dome are fine. With a 6 inch dome, apertures smaller than f8 were necessary for acceptable corners. HTH
  6. Jees that is amazing!🙌 They are hard enough to find, never mind to capture such detailed behaviour in stunning clarity. Well done!
  7. I was one of the very early Wetpixelians and have been a regular reader and contributor ever since. It really has been part of my life. I am thus very grateful to all of you who have made the dream continue by launching Waterpixels. I hope to see all the old buddies over here and to continue, and grow, the community for many more years.
