  1. Wow great capture such fine detail. I like the black negative space in the end clip it really showcases the subject well. Nice work you have a lot of patience!
  2. Thanks for taking the time to watch Rune and your comments are much appreciated.
  3. So very unique, always a pleasure to see something different. I like the abstract nature of the image.
  4. The second half of my recent trip to the Philippines. Stayed at the Atlantis Dive Resort at both locations - Puerto Galera and Dauin. Comments and constructive criticism always welcome.
  5. Real nice you got some great footage of the hammerheads and iguana. I like what looks like drone footage at the end too. Congrats!
  6. We stayed at the Atlantis Resorts - Puerto Galera and Dumaguete.
  7. I just returned from the same trip to both Atlantis Resorts. We may have crossed paths I was with the San Diego Power Scuba group. Nice shots! I'll be posting a couple of videos a couple days apart.
  8. Oh wow great piece Ben. I've been struggling with this for awhile I'll definitely be coming back to your article several times to fully digest 🤔
  9. Hey Ron that's great you found me here on Wetpixel and that you are now a member. A great community to learn from. I would love to see what you filmed, I think the nurse sharks buried in the reef head first would be cool to use in a video. Peter.
  10. GoPro 11 with two Backscatter 4300 video lights. Fun trip comments pro and con always welcome.
  11. Very nice video, I like the variety of marine life. My wife and I will be there in September. Can't wait !!!
  12. Very well put together. A joy to watch.
  13. Ouch ...... just pulled the trigger on two new video lights (made in China) and the price I paid is over $100 from what it was a couple of weeks ago! 🥵
  14. Another video using my GoPro 11 a couple of wet lenses and two, Light and Motion, Sola 3800 video lights. I'm considering investing in a housed mirrorless camera for additional focal lens capability. Not sure where to start any suggestions would be helpful. I would like to keep it as compact as possible.
  15. Love that opening scene. Pleasure to watch.
  16. Nice work, I'm liking the colors and compositions. I just got back from the Philippines and we also had bad weather in the form of heavy winds. Still a magical place.
  17. Awesome video you definitely selected the best clips from all those dives. I really like the drone footage too. This location has been on my bucket list for a long time.
  18. Hey Jim thanks for the detailed response, I truly appreciate it and it's another example of why this online community is so cool. Looking forward to seeing your photos or video from your trip to Cuba. For me the highlights are definitely the many sharks and those Goliath Grouper .... oh my!
  19. Wow thanks for the heads up and posting this unfortunate update. OK now the question is what brand of video light do people recommend? I've been using the Sola 3800 lights for quite awhile now and have been happy. I like to keep my underwater video rig small and compact using two lights. Eventually I'll need to upgrade to something new. Any thoughts?
  20. Congratulations nice video, thoroughly enjoyed watching it. Raja Ampat is on my short list of next dive destinations.
  21. I can imagine that. I dove the Thislegorm back in 2019 and have never seen so many divers on a wreck. It was comical. At one point I was kicked in the head by a diver coming in the opposite direction. We ended up diving it around four in the morning just to see the inside without the crowd.
