new Retra strobe the Pro Max II
Is PRO MAX2 65% brighter than conventional PRO MAX about 2/3 step difference? It's a huge change in percentage, but in step, it's like two clicks on the camera. I think it's time to upgrade from an old Inon Z-330, but the cost is ruthless😂

List of Underwater Monitors
Hello @eocean-eu My native language is not English so my grammar may be wrong. I have the same problem, but a little different. I have an old Nikon Z6/Z7 1st generation. Video recording Mode is blackout-free regardless of HDMI output settings. On the contrary, I have blackout (no signal) in photo shooting mode. HDMI 1080 Output - After taking a photo, when the preview screen time ends, a blackout (No signal) message appears on the monitor for about 0.5 to 1 second. HDMI 4k output - After taking a photo, a blackout (No signal) display appears on the monitor for about 0.5 to 1 second, and then the preview screen appears. This is a really strange phenomenon. Blackouts appear differently depending on the HDMI output. This seems to be a characteristic of the Nikon camera rather than a monitor issue. I tested it by changing the hdmi output because of @eocean-eu question. Since my monitor is full HD, I set the HDMI output to 1080. I found out that the blackout is different when testing 4K this time. What I found out this time is that when I connect my camera to HDMI, I thought the camera LCD would automatically turn off. However, when I connect the monitor, the camera is automatically set to the viewfinder. Even if I set it to the camera monitor output because the viewfinder consumes more battery. When I wake the camera from sleep mode or turn it off and on again, it automatically changes to the camera viewfinder. It's very annoying. This problem seems to be a Nikon camera problem, not a monitor problem. Although there are these disadvantages, the advantage of using an external monitor is that the composition and angles become much easier and more convenient.

List of Underwater Monitors
First of all, I tried using it in Underwater for a two-day monitor test. Yes, it's a heavy brick, but it's comfortable underwater with the addition of a buoyant to the arm. The weight underwater didn't bother me too much. I mounted the ball on the rear side, making it as close as possible to the camera housing, and set it to look in the 45 degree direction. (The rear screw hole is shorter than the screw in the component, so I added a washer to fix it without a gap. The design is a little strange.) It's bright. The brightness adjustment can be wheeled from 1-100%, but it never went up more than 30% even in very sunny weather. I don't need 3000-nit brightness monitor is necessary. I can't hear the cooling fan. I'm not sure if I removed the fan while waterproofing the feelworld monitor or if I can't hear the sound. I'm 95% photo, less than 5% video. I only use mirroring. I only use brightness control for my monitor, and I don't need anything else. I haven't used it for wide angle shooting yet, and I used it for snoot shooting during macro shooting. The monitor was installed in the front of the camera housing a little bit, making snoot aiming a lot easier. Because physically my arms can go further. The color of the monitor is not very important to me, but the color temperature seems to be a little low. I saw complaints about monitor delay in other reviews, but I couldn't feel the delay on Nikon camera. In the camera photo mode, the 16:9 of the monitor cannot be fully filled, but the intuition is increased by showing the camera setting values large on the black remaining areas on both sides. The satisfaction is high enough to try the underwater monitor now. The downside is that first of all, the cable protrudes to the left, causing the buoyancy agent and interference when controlling the arm. I'm a little worried about the durability of the external hdmi cable. I have plan a two-week trip in dauin, Philippines at the beginning of next month, so I think I can tell you more about it after using The Long Term. As a result of many searches before purchasing, supeum5.5 seems to be sold by changing the name not only in fotocore but also in Aquatech Housing.

New SUPE/Fotocore Rm5.5 monitor
I heard from a local dealer where I am located that a model changed to a built-in battery will be released when purchasing a monitor about a month ago. Looking at it now, it seems that can upgrade the firmware as well as the built-in battery. I didn't like built-in batteries, so I canceled the order and ordered it again, but the old one arrived As you said, the hdmi cable is on the left side of the monitor, so the buoyancy agent keeps interfering when moving the arm.

List of Underwater Monitors
I weighed the SUPE UM5.5. There is a slight error between the precision scale and the luggage scale, so it is not very accurate. Since the baggage scale cannot be measured less than 1kg, it was measured by adding a weight and then subtracting the weight from the weight. The weight includes 2 * 21700 battery and an inch ball. Precision scale on Land: 1320 g luggage scale on Land: 1.2 kg luggage scale Underwater : 0.7 kg Error approximately 120 g SUPEUM5.5 seems to be the same as fotocore. I received the monitor last week, and when I turn it on, the fotcore logo appears on the screen. (Weighing in cold water, the fog in the picture is an external screen.)

Nauticam newest MFO-1
My guess is that picture 1 is using mfo-1, considering the magnification. but I think picture 2 is better for sharp quality. I think the difference between the two pictures is very small.

Z8 with Z105 - Port question...
I'm using a rather old z7,z6 Gen 1 camera body, so I'm sure your new advanced product, the Z8 camera body, and the Z105mm you use will be different. I changed from F-mount to Z-mount because there was little difference between the results and the filming process between the old and old D800 and the first generation Z6/Z7. The Z 105mm at my level is a very small difference from the F mount. 1. I'm sure it's different for each diopter product, but I think it's focused about 1cm closer to the diopter I use, but this is my sense and I didn't measure it by numerical value. 2. When AF is driven, the sound is low, and it's soft. It doesn't rattle like F Mount. 3. There are a lot of upgraded Zmount 105mm reviews on land, but it was hard for me to feel the difference underwater. 4. Although the bokeh has become a little creamy, the difference is so slight that it needs to be cropped at least 150%. 5. The physical size of the lens is similar. It's a little longer because of the ftz adapter, and there is no advantage in weight or traveling. I always carry the ftz because I use 8-15 fisheye lenses. 6. The af speed is similar. However, this is based on my old z7 body. I expect it to be different on the latest advanced model z8 camera body.

Z8 with Z105 - Port question...
Of course, Z-mount 105mm and F-mount FTZ + 105mm are physically different in length. The port I use is a different brand, but the length is different. The left side in the picture is a 105mm port for F mount and the right side is a 105mm port for Z mount. I also used the Z105mm macro lens for the F mount port at first, but with the diopter, there is a loss of magnification due to a small few millimeters difference. I eventually changed it to a Z-mount 105mm port. For your information, the port I use is so tight that it is impossible to physically mount the lens even if the filter is mounted on the front of the lens.

Aquatica housing bulkhead question.
I got a reply mail from Aquatica. I still need to send more mail about the purchase method or cost. Aquatica's large bulkhead adapter exists Aquatica. There is no sales page, and I'm still waiting for an answer whether it will be sold or not. I don't know the cost either. I'm waiting for an answer mail. I received a reply email that the Aquatica large bulkhead specification is 1 inch - 14. I also received the picture by email. When I searched the DIVEANDSEA site a while ago, I didn't see the adapter, but it seems that there is a new sales page. Thank you for Aquatica's customer support. At first, I thought it was difficult to get an adapter, but with the help of many WATERPIXEL forum members, I had two choices. Thank you very much.

Aquatica housing bulkhead question.
Thanks for the advice @Chris Ross @Davide DB As you said, my housing has a large and wide cap thread. A regular M24 adapter would tighten a little loosely, but I think I could never use it underwater because it wouldn't hold a vacuum. I have emailed Aquatica as per your advice and am waiting for a response. I will write a post reply again when the situation is updated. Thanks again for your advice and help.🫡

MFO-1 and focus limiter
I'm also considering purchasing mfo-1, so I'm looking at it with interest. Looks like there's a thread on the front. Is the No staking official? Is it also impossible to use +10 Diopter Stacking, not smc1 for example? I wonder if there's a thread on the front of mfo-1

Aquatica housing bulkhead question.
The conclusion is that Aquatica large bulkhead are not compatible with M24 bulkheads. I write so that users who use Aquatica housing can search for the same information in the future. I found something similar on the old wetpixel site and that the writer received the adapter, but it looks like drilled a hole in the bulkhead cap in the picture. https://wetpixel.com/forums/index.php?/topic/69270-sony-a7siii-and-aquatica-combo/&tab=comments#comment-438568 Housing manual says 0.95 inches (23.75 mm), but a compatible Aquatica monitor says 1 inch threaded hole. Maybe the Aquatica housing large bulkhead is 1 inch. I've seen some underwater photographic equipment websites label Aquatica Large Bulkhead as M24. I bought and try the cheapest SUPE's M24-M16 adapter. I don't know much about screw specifications. They are similar in size, but have different screw spacing and height. The bulkhead of the housing I use seems to be a standard with Aquatica exclusive. I want to use an external monitor, but the only option may be an Aquatica external monitor. I'll send an email to Aquatica to inquire about the availability of bulkhead metric adapter.

Aquatica housing bulkhead question.
Hello, I would like to ask our members a question about Aquatica housing bulkhead. My Aquatica housing has a large bulkhead. I think the manual says 23.75mm (0.95inch). Is this bulkhead compatible with M24? Or is it a standard used exclusively by Inch Screw Aquatica? I'm considering buying a monitor and, if compatible, I'm considering a SCUBALAMP UM5.5 monitor for the NAUTICAM M24-M16 adapter.

Can a fisheye handle everything better than a wide angle zoom?
My housing company is different, but I also use Nikon z7 + FTZ + nikon 8-15 fisheye lenses. When using tc for Nikon Mirrorless+ ftz+ Nikon 8-15mm fisheye lenses, I remember seeing on old wetfixel that the new version of KENKO tc doesn't work on ftz. If I remember correctly, Sir TimG said that when tested it, the kenko telepro 300DGX worked on the d500, and the kenko telepro 300DG worked on the FTZ.
