Yep, Nikon is getting back into the game by finally adding IS to their long teles and of course the D3.
So which Nikon camera shoots 8fps and has live view? It sounds like he may have used the D300 w/ grip???
Cheers

Hmmm..but if he used it with the grip, then which housing? The article mentions something about Nikon and Apple.
check out the guy with yellow cap... awesome camera he's got... ![]()
This photo is very encouraging for Nikon and Canon shooters alike.
The photovest is NOT dead yet.....
Remember Sigma makes black lenses too

Maybe that's Wolfgang running his remote rig ![]()
here are some shots of them setting up the underwater cameras at the Cube. Looks like most of them were indeed connected by cables...

Aquatech, Aquatech, UK German, Subal, and the last pic is a Sea and Sea.

My suspicion confirmed
. Now we should be able to get rid of this remote cable mess by using the water's excellent transmission of sound frequencies. Get a RF remote set up and you can take, review and forward your picture remotely with your cell phone? I know, call me crazy...LOL. ![]()
Does anyone know what they shot the video with, both cameras and housing?
Completely off topic.. but looking at the image above of an army of beige west clad photogs made me snicker. Do we still HAVE to wear those things? I mean, you cannot possibly stuff lenses and flash units in their pockets without feeling like a lopsided caravan. It was practical in the days of film but you don't need it for carrying extra compact flash cards. Beige might stil be a great color to wear when lurking for ducks, but the camouflage aspect is not all that necessary at sporting events. I'm just saying...
