Anyone else NOT get there Wetpixel Quarterly?

Before I ask Adam for another one, I thought I would check to see if if was possibly still in transit.

Did not get mine yet, but it may not have shipped? I thought I saw something about it shipping here (on WP), but http://www.wetpixelquarterly.com/2010/06/0...8-hits-printer/

Says the magazines were expected to arrive within a week or so of that post (June 9) so would seem to be June 16 or before they even arrived for mailing. Add another week for getting it ready (?) so may not even mailed until June 23. So may not really be late yet.

They are en route. It takes forever for the shipping process to work from the time it gets marked as shipped. We just got our bulk shipment on Wednesday, so yours are most definitely somewhere between Montreal, Maine (US dist center) and your homes!

Mine arrived as usual -- now just trying to get it unrolled so I can actually hold it without it curling up. I have an apartment-sized mailbox and it inevitably gets rolled up and stuffed in because my mailman is too lazy to walk it up to my door. I gave up complaining about him about a year ago. Magazine looks nice, however . . .

I have not seen mine yet. It should have been here by now I would have thought. Help!

Well, it's been a week since I posted and I have still not received my magazine and no one from Wetpixel has been in touch even though I submitted a formal request with them about this issue. Very disappointing.

I received mine 2 weeks ago, but another one of our staff (who lives 10 miles away) just received hers yesterday. Please have patience as the postal system does its thing. I have no idea why there is such a discrepancy in receiving the issue. If you wrote to us via the support system, your support request is in the queue and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Well, here it is Friday, August 13, and still no magazine. I received an e-mail from Mike on July 24th saying my issue had shipped. So this past Monday, August 9th, I sent in another request via the support system and have yet to get a reply. So at this point, if possible, I'd just like to get a refund. I don't want to have to go through this every time an issue comes out.

Can you guys give me a contact # and a person to call so I can get a refund?
