OK, I got the operation done yesterday morning - Feel like crap, very sore, but sorted. Now have to munch through a large collection of pills for a while.

Arrived back at home a short while ago.

Glad to hear all went well, rest up for next time we dive together.

ps sold my film gear! Totally digital now.

Bob - We're all relieved that you pulled through! No one else brings that... uh... certain indefinable something that you bring to the forums.

Ha ha on the pills Jim, I got some that reduce my BP so low it would take me 18 months to bleed to death! Thank God they are only temp post op measures!
