Even worse confusion, S&S YS110 & YS110a which have a triple tube arrangement (which was ignored above?) are available used for around $250US ish.

YS120 (yes 8 batteries) is around $75.

The YS 110 was about $650 but 10 years ago. Used strobes can be a great bargain but then again can be disasters.
