Scuba_Si Posted Friday at 04:30 PM Posted Friday at 04:30 PM My ABS parts have been amazing for the last 8 years. I just bought the Bambu X1C and got a variety of ABS/ASA filaments, including some CF / GF variants. I'll make a bunch of Lembeh pokey stick handles for my staff which should be a good test for longevity as they look after their equipment sooooo well. [/sarcasm] I'll post here once they're in the field and update accordingly. Separately. I'm amazed at the print speed/quality on the X1C. I'm running it alongside a Flashforge Adventurer 4 (which I know isn't a particularly good printer) and it's well worth twice the initial investment. VS my old Lulzbot Taz5 it's also a massive improvement. Modern self levelling is amazing and that's where I wasted most of my time on the Lulzbot. Is anyone running a modern Ultimaker on the forum?
CaolIla Posted Friday at 05:44 PM Posted Friday at 05:44 PM I'm using a Flashforge 5M Pro Realy happy with it. It's the second printer I had my first was 10 years... and the new 5M is really a other wolrd... speed quality etc... For me is the 5M a good choice then it is sheap (and good 😉 )
