@Nando Diver We are flying with Singapore air... Zurich (or other country in EU)-> Singapore -> Cebu they are also 2 or more flight / day between SIN and Cebu. Some travellers are going to Manille... sheaper and more flights.

I was 2 times in Anda probably a good choice for diving & the afternoon trip. Be aware that the boats are frequently cancelled (weter or maintenance). You need to be ready to return urgently one or 2 days before to Cebu. In my opinion it is better to organize the trip with one night on the main island of Cebu before you fly back. Last november.. it was short really short that we missed our fly. Boat cancelled --> car trip --> fly back to Cebu.. we was lucky. Next time we will end our trip with 1 or better 2 nights in Cebu You problaby read my review I posted here. If you have any question... i'm here.

Hi On a french diving forum, I had some discussion with a ex diving instructor living in Playa del carmen. His wife own a dive center. He allways say NO PROBLEM comming here, nobody need to pay taxe for camera etc... Heavy discussion over month I give up... and to be honest he didn't post at the forum anymore, probably he is tired fighting the evidences.

Last november just after a typhon we stayed one night in Cebu because the transfer to Malapascua was not allowed folowing the typhon. That's mean there wasn't a lot of boat and we was the first boat on the site. First dive ok ... end of the first many divers in the water... the second dive was not so go, less sharks and more boats/divers. I can't remember but they was beetween 15 and 20 boats on the surface.. For me it was the first time Malapascua and the last time For the transfer to Dauin... ok it's possible..... but it's a very long trip with car. We stayed near the Cebu harbour they are some mall there... it can be a good break. For us it was the only possibility then our boat started at 7am

Hi I made the trip Malapascua Harbour -> Cebu Harbour... 5 hours It is enough.... It will probably be a good choice to stay a night near Airport and take a flight next day... or if you can take a flight in the evening... why not. They are also the Ocean Jet from Cebu to Dauin but it take a long time... and you NEVER sure that the trip will take place or not... (I had bad experience with Ocean Jet last year, and if you are followin Ocean Jet on Facebook... you will have the alert of the cancelation...very offen) It is also possible to make a car trip from Cebu to the south of cebu island, and take the small ferry to make to cross to the next island. (15 minutes).. after that depending where you are less as 1 hour to the resort. For me the best choice is probably flying from Cebu to Dauin it is really fast and no expensive. Hope this helps
