  1. Thanks for this nice pictures
  2. Last november just after a typhon we stayed one night in Cebu because the transfer to Malapascua was not allowed folowing the typhon. That's mean there wasn't a lot of boat and we was the first boat on the site. First dive ok ... end of the first many divers in the water... the second dive was not so go, less sharks and more boats/divers. I can't remember but they was beetween 15 and 20 boats on the surface.. For me it was the first time Malapascua and the last time For the transfer to Dauin... ok it's possible..... but it's a very long trip with car. We stayed near the Cebu harbour they are some mall there... it can be a good break. For us it was the only possibility then our boat started at 7am
  3. Hi I made the trip Malapascua Harbour -> Cebu Harbour... 5 hours It is enough.... It will probably be a good choice to stay a night near Airport and take a flight next day... or if you can take a flight in the evening... why not. They are also the Ocean Jet from Cebu to Dauin but it take a long time... and you NEVER sure that the trip will take place or not... (I had bad experience with Ocean Jet last year, and if you are followin Ocean Jet on Facebook... you will have the alert of the cancelation...very offen) It is also possible to make a car trip from Cebu to the south of cebu island, and take the small ferry to make to cross to the next island. (15 minutes).. after that depending where you are less as 1 hour to the resort. For me the best choice is probably flying from Cebu to Dauin it is really fast and no expensive. Hope this helps
  4. I was one week on the C-Echo 5 or 6 years ago... it was not the cleanest I saw... what you say is really good. Thank you for the information..
  5. Hi Tim Happy you are ok and all other person on the boat also. Thanks for the warning NEVER go back to the cabin. Hugues

  12. Hi Rafiq If you want some informations... You can read (in french) ma review of our last trip in Lembeh. Petit séjour plongée à Lembeh du 11 au 21/02/2026 - Compte-rendus de voyages - Plongeur.com - Le site de la plongée sous marine The Solitude Lembeh is a great resort the best where I was in Lembeh.
  13. Hahaha.. I have "some" extension near of waht I will need... The port chart when I buy some other lenses was wrong... ;)
  14. I'm Only FF Silver.. first good point +10 Kg... but in cabin they are no changes.. Did you have more KG ? But Yes it helps to have a lot KG you don't use to explain that some more KG in cabine is not a real problem. ;) I'm sure that if you are a lambda flyer (no Silver or Gold) the situation will be an other at the checking.
  15. No rush, for the price... I have a Isotta and the Zoom gear No problem I make one in 3D printing. like the other I have In september/ october this year I travel to Tahiti... If I can have this lens... why not ( Whale, Sharks ) I all case I will also have my rectilinear WA lens and why not the 14-35 lens (No macro ;) )
  16. Thank you for this review. I'll probaly buy this lens... but I have a little bit time before the next trip... I hope the price will go down...
  17. The Solitude Lembeh is really good. we spent 10 days... only one word "PERFECT" 1 guide for 2 divers it is the rule
  18. I love your check list. How many KG ? for sure more than 7 good luck at the check-in Zürich ;)
  19. I allways remove the handle of my Isotta R5 housing... put it in the backpack to go... and in the laggage way back.
  20. I can't agree with that. I work in CH, and like you don't need more than 20 minute to be in CH. ( No it's depending of the moment of the day... some times when the worker are going to Basel... it can be more than one hour ;) ) My working kolleg from CH are not really happy... appartment insurance etc etc all is very expensive... and in comparaison with France they didn't have a lot of money. BUT strike is not an option It is not in the culture of Swiss-German
  21. If Indonesia start this shit like Mexico some location will have less en less travellers. Lembeh is a good example of location where the count of resort will decrease very fast. I'll take no risk an go north to Philippines if I hear some other case.
  22. You didn't know anything of Switzerland otherwise you wouldn't say that. It's hard to live and work in CH. Salary is high BUT all are expensive.
