Yep, nice pic, well done!  
 

Suggestions for pictures like this tend to be counsels of perfection so… I might be tempted to lighten the shadows a little in the bottom right hand corner to help set the manta slightly more clearly in it’s environment.

 

Then, and this is a major Counsel of Perfection, a diver in the background to help with the story telling. In that case the manta would need to be slightly more off-centre, say to the left, with the diver behind it, say to the right, balancing out the image. Yeah, in your dreams, right? 
 

It’s a memorable shot capturing a memorable moment. Nice!
