Are any of you Canon enthusiasts excited about the rumored 100mm macro "L" lens with "IS". I wonder if it will really be any better underwater than the existing 100mm macro which is great IMHO.

Pretty exciting about the 100mm L with IS, but I'm guessing it'll be prohibitively expensive.
Today on Canon Rumors there's word that the 7D will indeed be APS-C but the crop factor is 1.45x instead of 1.6x. Hmmm....
I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow.

Saw that the otheer day (maybe Northern Lights?). Very interesting that there is a new size there if true. Maybe that is one of the ways they can keep IQ up and noise down. Tomorrow will be interesting, though of course then there is waiting for the testing to begin...

What I found the most interesting is the video features. It can do 30/25/24 fps in 1080p, 1280 × 720 and 640x480 in 50/60 fps . Now thats nice =)
