Found in Raja Ampat, Indonesia.

 

Size approx  10 mm
in was in a soft coral 
Fish was shy. 

 

At first I thought it was a very young scorpionfish, but features are missing or crocodile fish but i cant find him in any guide.

Not the best view for ID, but it looks like a triplefin, perhaps the Highhat triplefin - Enneapterygius tutuliae
