I live in Texas and as soon as my children ,now 40 & 38 ,could get certified they did and we started our dive journey together. We completed our open water certification with then DiveTech located at Turtle Reef in Grand Cayman with Tara Cunningham. We decided to complete our advanced certification and ultimately Nitrox with Nick Buckley. Given the reef in Grand Cayman begins at 70 feet with appreciated the longer down time. I am a physician and have my Dive Medicine Certification from DAN. Did the course on Little Cayman and love the the Bloody Bay Park there. Reef seems to start around 50 feet. I first got into photography using the Nikonos RS system which I loved. Have made the transition to digital and gone from Seaccam to Subal. I am considering upgrading from Nikon d800e to Sony a7R5 which I already own. Would appreciate any thoughts from this group. As far as dive locations, Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, Maui, Hawaii, Bonaire, Fiji, Portofino, etc. I logged over 400 dives.

Agreed on the RS. A super system that I used to lust after.

I’m a big Subal fan too and have gone through various Nikon iterations including the D800. But have gone back to APSC with a D500 - and love it!
