It looks like a partly decomposed critter, maybe a fish, as the blue part to the right looks like it might be a fish head, and does not resemble any nudibranch I can think of.

The crab is about 40-50 mm across. I thought it look like a parrot fish in a night cocoon But the tentacles looking  things confused me.
