  1. Interesting. Isotta also recommends 200 dives or 2 years. And how often do you change the o-ring of the housing? My last S&S D300 housing it had like 15 years and didn’t change it even once.
  2. Hi Luko, yes it was around 7 cm, not too big. Thank you for the input.
  3. Thank you Chris, Your image is very different indeed. I also thought about it could be an ambon scorpionfish, but in my image there are not supraorbital tentacles.🤔
  4. I'm asking for help again. I’m unsure if this is a Weedy scorpionfish (Rhinopias frondosa) or not. It looks quite similar to me but for the images I see I’m not sure. What do you think? Taken on Tulamben, Bali. Thank you.
  5. Thank you all for the help. I checked again and maybe this image could help, the lure is fluffy with a thin transparent rod, like Chris Ross pointed out. At first, I thought all the white thing was the rod and lure...
  6. This one for the lure could help?
  7. Thank you. I don’t have any shoot that shows full body, maybe this one could help? But is quite similar as the other one.
  8. This one is from Tulamben, Bali. I am having quite a hard time identifying some frogfish, I’m not sure if they are juveniles from any species or simply a little frogfish, lol. For reference I’m looking a quite good webpage only for frogfishes but I’m struggling knowing which specie could it be. I’m struggling basically with almost any frogfish image that I have. Frog Fish Web Any tip?
  9. Thank you Chris, I was told that it is better to check if you mount on a different flip other than Nauticam. I’m thinking of buying one paring with the Nikkor 105mm… GAS
  10. Did anyone test MFO-3 on a housing other than Nauticam? I currently use Isotta with S&S ports and a Saga flip with M67. I’m not sure the position of the thread, not at the end of the lens, could cause problems using other flip holder than Nauticam.
  11. For any interested, they have update the webpage including all the specs for the strobe. According to the web will be available late November.
  12. Hi, For my last trip, I was looking for a bag that was large enough, had wheels, and was as light as possible. In the end, I bought the Mares Cruise Roller, enough space for one full diving equipment (BCD + fins + regulator + wetsuit + clothes + other stuff) and in only 3kg. Is also foldable when empty. It was the lighter I could find big enough for my needs. It has the disadvantage that once it is full it is not very stable when upright, but not big deal. It's proven to be very helpful for me.
  13. Thanks for the report, interesting place, not too far away for me. Although I have to add that I don't like to see dead fish in a diving report. For me Fish are friends not food!
  14. Withdrawal from sale
  15. They have updated the webpage and it says "Coming in November"
  16. Thanks for the info Atus, Just out of curiosity, is the Sea Frogs housing compatible with for example Inon viewfinder? The port chart is indeed very short, for example for Nikon Z8 only Nikon z 14-30 and 14-24 listed? No macro?
  17. Very good photographs!! The penultimate one had a huge impact on me; content too sensitive for me.
  18. I found a very interesting webpage for frogfish. I’m trying to identify images from 2019 and it’s been quite useful. I’m struggling with them TBH 😅 www.frogfish.ch
  19. I have just read that the domestic Airline from Tonga, Lulutai has been grounded in the light of serious safety violations. 🤪 That was published the 25th July 2025. Lulutai neews
  20. Thank you very much lylefk, As Troporobo has said great info! And stunning images as well!! Going with a group is kind of hard for us, the only possibility is going solo (with wife). My dream would be a boat of 2 with the whales, being also kind of antisocial that would be great, no talk, only swim. 😅🤣 I have seen that for example in Tongan expeditions, have very few days available for September 2026. Thanks again, Cheers.
  21. I have used in the past some tyre balancing weights and I wouldn’t recommend it. After a few dives they began to rust.
  22. As an update: I have contacted several operators and it seems almost all are fully booked for September 2026, that’s wild. I thought people would book early, but I didn't imagine it would be this early. Wow. You have to book before even being able to know the flights schedule and price… I have mainly focus in Eua and Haapai, contacting almost every resort that appears in the website Troporobo has linked. I hope I'm not mistaken, with so much haste...
  23. Thank you very much scubadiggy. I will have a look. Also, stunning image you have!!! Love it.
  24. Wow, stunning videos and images! Thanks for the info. What island were you on?
