One comes with the Kraken case, and both come with two batteries and chargers. The photos show one light with a ball (non-YS) mount, but I removed it. That particular ball mount is included but should be replaced. In summary, there is one working YS mount; one YS mount with the ball mount missing, and the ball (non-YS) mount which needs replacing. $425 for both and we split the cost of PayPal fees (3.49% or $7.42) and USPS shipping to US buyers.
