BrightSea Posted Thursday at 03:16 PM Posted Thursday at 03:16 PM I have a listing in classified, however, I want to reduce the price. Seems the pull down menu does not offer an edit option, what am I missing or need to know about the ability or action necessary to edit the price in my listing? Thank you in advance. 1

It appears we don't have that capability here. Best to reply to the original thread and state your changes. 1

Chris Ross Posted Friday at 01:58 AM Posted Friday at 01:58 AM It's basically a matter of policy that classifieds are not able to be edited. This is to avoid issues where hypothetically someone edits the original post to try to influence a dispute. Similarly classifieds posts can't be deleted. The standard approach is to make changes to the offer with a reply to the post, this preserves a record of the offer and any changes made to prices etc. Similarly as items are sold a reply can be used to note this. 1 1

Thank you Chris, I understand now. 1
