Fro your question basically just browse and read previous messages on this thread. Everything is described in great detail already...

There is a lot about the tripod made with clamps and arms, but i don't see much about flexible tripod

The only example is from Jochen, but the tripod is cut out

And also, the tripod I was looking is not DIY, that's why I made another post in another section 😁

As mentioned, if you go with flex arms (locline)  you can connect them to your tray with ball mounts and clamps, but also with an M6 thread mount, a 1/4" thread mount or coldshoe mount for instance. This would allow you to connect 2 or 3 flex arms to your tray in multiple ways
Have a look at the options here https://www.flex-arm.com/en/components/34-flexible-arms-components

Looking at the picture of your rig, you could add triple clamps (especially open ones) to the ball end you have at the end of the tray, add something to where the handles are, add a perpendicular 5" ball arm and also work with the main central mounting point for example

Yes, I understand but frankly, starting from scrattch, for an action camera I wouldn't be wasting a lot of time with DIY solutions and I would go straight to ready-made solutions like these that are cheap and also handy:

https://www.flex-arm.com/en/tripods-and-monopods/underwater-camera-tripod

Or the ones on Aliexpress.

or, last but not the least, since you already have the bracket, perhaps the solution proposed by @bghazzal is the quickest.

I use a Joby GorillaPod with a Neewer Ball Head. The ball head is very important esp. for macro. I usual setup the tripod in roughly the right position and then use the ball head the final adjustment.

its from the company JOBY and made from ABS. Used it for around 80 dives over the last three years. No issues with salt water.

Does it come with the Neweer head or it's your addition? Is the head still "alive"?

Thank you in advance

yes, the Neweer ball head was an extra. There are many ball heads available, I chose the one in the picture because I wanted one with a low profile as I was worried that the camera would sit too high for macro. Turned out not to be a problem.

yes it is still alive 🙂 as good as new. Must say I always had it in a rinse tank after each dive.

Here are ideas using some locline arms and/joby style legs.

This is something I tested with a borrowed camera, before finally going for the quadripod solution, as it was much more convenient.

As you can see, I combined my Joby Gorillapod on a central mount, combined with locline flexarms:

Here's a similar example I found online:

but for a lightweight actioncam setup this is probably overkill.

cheers
