Nudibranchs of Anilao

Featured Replies

hello everyone.

I spent 10 days-38 dives in Anilao, Philippines this April. I stayed in solitude acacia, while on the price high-end, I highly recommend it. Each room gets their own guide and since I was solo, I had my own guide/ spotter and extra hand for snoot and creative lighting. I was amazed by the shear number and variety of nudibranchs. In that regard, I would place it above Lembeh, which I consider the best macro diving. Here is a highlight of my photos. Still working through, constructive criticism much appreciated

Great images!  That miamira alleni with an emperor shrimp and eggs is excellent.  Man do I miss Anilao diving and 1:1 guides . . .
