Underwater Photography & Video Competitions - Worldwide Recommendations and Experiences

Hi everyone,

I’m interested in getting involved in underwater photography and videography competitions and would love to hear your recommendations and experiences.

Which underwater photography and video competitions would you recommend worldwide? Are there any particularly well-known, prestigious or interesting competitions that are open to international participants?

I’d also be interested in knowing where and how to enter, what the requirements are, and whether there are separate categories for underwater photography and video.

Have any of you entered these competitions yourselves? What was your experience like? Did you receive useful feedback, gain recognition or even win any awards?
