So on the travel strobe - something, small, light, yet powerful and reliable enough for most of the tasks, powered by 14500/18500, maybe with a round flash element, with a warmer temp (~5000K), good till 100m minimum and in a reasonable price range. i.e. basically a newer Z240 ..But I know, I am dreaming 🤣 Yeah I know people travel with lots of other strobes...but for an average, non-pro hobbyist, traveling in a cargo class (aka myself), lugging a couple of kg's+ in strobes alone, plus battery packs an whatcha not in some cases, might not be ideal (especially in the face of an overzealous check-in attendant) , neither is buying strobes costings thousands a piece.

Now this is an idea - who does not like stickers ...of course with a Tim's hand made version on special order too 😅 Might be a bit too "detailed" - Scubaboard is indeed much bigger (thought somehow less focused in the photography department), here its a bit more small and cosy, hence it might end up being too "divided". Tags - this is it! Search is sometimes problematic, where a given keyword is missing however forcing folks to tag a topic would be awesome i.e. "How do i shot this thing" is not particularly descriptive and won't hit any camera brand keywords if looking into the title...however this tagged as "Panasonic" for example makes it instantly easier.

Hmm a silly idea - some kind of a general/travel gear subforum? For all the equipment carry topics, things like charger recommendations etc, maybe even things like "prescription masks" topic ? Just so other forums stay focused on the actual cameras, strobes etc...

And in pictures xD Then : And save: Wonder if this could be set as a default for any new accounts?

Thanks! No rush, just wanted to add my thoughts from user/buyer perspective 🙂 Waiting for additional colors on this and the T-Shirts ....or versions with username, though that might be a bit over the top 😉

I am certainly looking to more information on the upcoming strobes....still waiting for somebody releasing that perfect travel friendly model that would be a worthy replacement for the Z240s 😉

That is certainly great news 🙂 That is perfect, I was not expecting hand painted mugs done by Tim in his spare time 😅, reason I am asking is at this point is not really clear other than for T-shirts, which seems to display where products are sourced - prices display in US dollars, there is no shipping information nor cost anywhere, even at the end of the checkout. Could be perhaps great to have USD/EUR dropdown currency choice as well as some basic shipping from information (EU/US) and estimated cost, to be able to judge any potential VAT/customs costs. Also sizes might be tad confusing as well - magical units like Wizard of Oz, or clothes sizes where US vs EU sizes will differ 😉 All for it, since I am a "Baltician" really and not a chocolate and beer land "original" 😉 Also, I have noticed a weird behavior on the shopping page - when page loads, for brief moment full product information is displayed to the right of the item: However a split second later, this changes to the below, seems the extra dropdown/quantity menu now overlays part of the information (though information at the bottom of the page is still visible) Also, going back from the cart to the store (say you forgot to add something), seems to wipe the cart clean.

So the forum looks great, there is even 2FA (yaay!) and it does look nicely familiar...how about dark mode though ? Shopping wise, where are the things made and shipped from? Would USD price suggest US ? Also Davide "About" in the Team says "Chris Ross Working on it...." 😆 And thank you for the effort, glad to see there is hope :)
