  1. I have 16 x 2 AA plus 2 8 AA charger No problem with that... only that it take time...
  2. Hummm not 100% the same opinion I need to change the 16 batterie all 3 dives (one day) some times I change after 2 dives... to be sure have enough power for the next dive... It's ok but it take a lot of time
  3. For me the main problem is the price... , again your price are to high I'm not sure i'll buy Retra again if one of my actuel retra failed... i'm happy with... but now it's to expensive (for me).
  4. I buy a LSD here to try it and compare with my self made snoot... the idea is probably to sale it again in some month... I want to build a "better" one 🤣
  5. Depending of what you want to reach... for me it's to dive without any trouble to 60 m. It's my limit i'm allowed to dive.
  6. I have only a small part of alluminium on the top and an other on the bottom. The aluminium did go through the arm. An old picture ... it's not my actual setup this was only a try (and it works i dove with a lot) The last version is "better" smarter. An important point I dive a lot "deep" 40 or a little bit more. This setup was near 60 m deep.. Other point I have some heavy things at the end of the arms Again old picture since 2 year or more I replaced the 2 S200 with 2 Retra Pro X Some time, I put on one of the 2 free 1" ball an Insta360
  7. Wrong. I used self made arms since 8 years now. The only thing I did not print are the 1" ball I use some backelite ball putted on short M8 aluminium stick to screw the ball on by arms The first design was not the best but now I'm happy since 5 or 6 years with my arms. I build during past year a new model. The only one change is a small tube going through the arm. The fiberoptic cable go through it... I allready post some pictures on waterpixel
  8. I believe that the Isotta trigger is not TTL. I have a Canon R5 Isotta and he is only manual. It's in the documentation. Hope this help
  9. I took some pictures to give an idea
  10. My solution since 6 month is to build some arms with a small tube in it the fiber in the arm come out on the other side.... and go in the next arm and go out before going on the strobe. I love this setup
  11. We are going back in december this year.... it was really good last time... If you was only one time it was perhaps a bad periode... or we was very lucky... What we loved in Anda was also the calme of this area..
  12. 🤣 I'm not a Shark person... that's the reason we don't plan to go there 😉
  13. I'm going to give my opinion on what I know. We arrived in Cebu and then went to Dauin south of Dumaguete. We stayed for 10 days (Thalatta Resort). We particularly enjoyed the mix of diving mainly Muck in Dauin and coral + panorama of the island of Apo. For the second part of our stay we went to Anda on the island of Bohol. I recommend the Island View Beachfront Resort and the small diving club. Wall, coral, turtle no Muck but beautiful small things to see. We were there in 2022... in a few months we will go back and add Moalboal for another 5 nights. Personally I think that for 2 weeks it's a maximum of 3 resorts in order to limit the loss of time. We were there for 3 weeks... and for our return a little more than 3 weeks and 3 resorts... Each resort change will be made by car and boat. Therefore minimal loss of time and limited costs. I also watched Anilao and Romblon... but it seemed very complicated to me for travel, that's why we went back to the Cebu region. Here some pictures from the 2022 trip Classeur : Philippines 2022 (flickr.com)
  14. Same opinion
  15. Yes it's probably wonderful if you are lucky. For us it was 10 days where it was not the best experience. But I shooted some good pictures Halmahera 2024 Aérien | Flickr
  16. I'm sad to see that the moderators deleted my post. I was in Halmahera in june,,, and I repeat I found a lot of rubish in the water, underwater and on the surface. The visibility was also very bad.

In France some people said RTFM.... 🤣
  18. If it's sheaper/easier I can give the address of a friend in Germany.
  19. I^m also interested for some meters in Europe/France It's depends of the price but 10 m or more for me
  20. The RF 2x is not compatible with a lot of lense... no, They are only a few number of lens who can be mounted on the RF1.4x and RF2x. It's better to say that this way. One is sure the EF-RF converter is NOT compatible with RF2x
  21. Thanks for your answer. 1) bend radius ok it's an argument, but I didn't have any problem (for the moment) 2) This allows for longer cables, support for less sensitive strobes : I turn the problem to the other side... The strobe sensor ist not good enough 3) TTL humm I don't undestand why... or it's the same answer a 2) ?
  22. No I only use manual. I also can't try TTL because my trigger is only manual. I used TTL with my precedent housing... but I didn't like that. Is the reason I have only a Manual Trigger I looked for 613core but the price (shipment) was not acceptable... Since over 2 years (more or less 200 dives) I'm using a single core cable without any problems
