@Klaus Nice work! I had both the Olympus and Lumix fisheyes and actually preferred the Lumix because of its smaller size. Both worked well in Nauticam housings and 4.33” port. Olympus needed an extension if I recall correctly.

@Basil I have the WWL-1, too. It is a good chunk of glass, but if you're looking for good wide angle coverage, it's a solid choice. It takes a bit of getting accustomed to its size. The AOI UWL-09 is close to the same size:

@Jim M. I had the EM-5 and EM-1 mark 2, and while I love the size of the cameras and lenses, shooting tiny fish moving was a challenge. It really came down to the fish momentarily stopping, then firing the shutter. If you've never used Sony cameras, their continuous tracking autofocus is amazing.

I usually find the problem is related to my own inattention. I've damaged quite a few things, but I try to slow down when putting gear together, and I pull my o-rings and put them in a plastic bag when I'm not using the equipment for an extended time. Others leave their o-rings in place, but I suspect they get compressed over time.

Maybe pre-treat with acetaminophen? @Chris Ross I had a look back at FD lenses a couple of years ago during a bout of nostalgia, and I found that some of my old beloved Canon lenses were really prone to fungus and internal element etching, eg, 28mm f2 v 85mm f1.8 - and wider lenses in general. But you can get screaming deals nowadays - 300mm f2.8s for USD 500-600.
