I was looking at these the other day. Do you happen to know what's the difference between the inon ad and ld mounts?

Intended use 

The Inon AD mount is designed for use with a variety of cameras, including full frame sensor DSLR's and small sensor compacts. The Inon LD mount is designed for use with action cameras, such as the GoPro, and is also an accessory for the OLYMPUS E-SYSTEM.
